Sinta Bar Ltd., Company No. 514320167 (the “Company”), is the owner of the website: https://www.sinta-bar.co.il/ and any of its subdomains, landing pages, digital campaign pages, social media platforms, and any other digital interface under the Company’s control (the “Website”). The Company also operates and manages the restaurant under the brand “SINTA BAR” (the “Restaurant”).
The Company is part of the Sinta Bar Group, which operates and manages restaurants under the brands Sasson Bar, Mambo Milano, Sinta Bar Express, Mr. Bun Burger, Leonie, Frico, and the fresh pasta factory Fresh Pasta, as well as any future brands operated under the Group (the “Group”).
1.2. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain how the Company handles information provided by users through their use of the Website (to the extent that providing information is required), including how the Company manages, collects, stores, and uses information provided by users— including disclosure to third parties as detailed below (the “User(s)”).
The Company places great importance on safeguarding user privacy and takes measures to properly protect and secure user information.
1.3. This Privacy Policy also explains users’ rights concerning the information the Company collects about them and their entitlement with respect to information they provide.
The Company believes users have the right to understand the Company’s practices regarding the collection and use of their information.
1.4. Use of the Website is subject to the Website’s Terms of Use and/or Regulations and to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy supplements any other agreement, written or implied, between the user and the Company. It adds to such agreements without detracting from them and forms an integral part of them.

2.1. When using the Website, the Company may collect two types of information, including via external platforms (as defined below), for the purpose of providing services offered through the Website:

Identifiable details such as first and last name, contact details (mobile number and email address), residential address, gender, age, etc. (i.e., information used to identify the user, contact them, or provide services efficiently).
This information is knowingly and voluntarily provided by the user (i.e., through active submission) for the purpose of receiving Website services and/or information.
For the Restaurant’s Members Club:
Additional information may be collected for joining the Members Club (e.g., date of birth and anniversary date for benefits, information regarding benefit redemptions, purchase dates at the Restaurant and/or Group restaurants, etc.).
2.1.2. “Non-Personal Information”
Aggregated statistical data that does not identify the user, such as Website visit information, traffic sources, time spent on pages, page views, and similar data.

2.2. Some information provided through the Website may be collected directly by third-party external platforms embedded within the Website. In such cases, the information is stored by those external platforms and available to both the Company and the relevant external platform, subject to their respective privacy policies.
2.3. Users confirm that all information provided is accurate, reliable, and submitted on their own behalf and not for third parties—unless expressly authorized to do so.
2.4. Users may refuse to provide information or decline specific uses of information as described in this Privacy Policy. However, since much of the information collected is required to provide Website services, refusal to provide information may limit or prevent the user from receiving certain services.

3.1.1.2. Members Club Registration
Users must provide personal information through a designated form. Registration requires consent to receive marketing communications, which may be canceled at any time.
3.1.1.3. Table Reservations, Delivery Orders, or Gift Card Purchases
Users may provide information through third-party external platforms linked from the Website. Payment details are collected by external payment processors under applicable data security standards.
3.1.1.4. General Communications
Any information provided via social media, email, WhatsApp, phone, or other communication channels.
3.1.2. Information collected automatically:
Technical and usage data collected via logs, cookies, and similar technologies.
4. Use of Information
4.1. The Company uses Information to contact users and provide Website services, including sending service-related notifications.
4.2. The Company may also send marketing updates, newsletters, promotional offers, events, and partnership opportunities (“Marketing Communications”), subject to user consent.
