Sinta Bar Group
Sinta Bar Group is a growing culinary group that began its journey in Haifa in 2003. Today, the group includes six restaurants, a patisserie, and a fresh pasta production facility, while continuously looking ahead with a passion for creativity, innovation, and excellence.
The group is led by Eli Shacharit, CEO, and Ram Lasri, Executive Chef. The group's headquarters are located at 1 Netiv HaOr Street, Life Sciences Park Building, Haifa.

Each restaurant offers its own unique concept and atmosphere: Sinta Bar – an urban bistro, Sasson – a gastro bar, and Mambo Milano – a contemporary Italian restaurant.

Order a main course and enjoy a selection of shared appetizers served to the center of the table.
The appetizer selection is available when every guest at the table orders a main course.
Guests who do not order a main course can enjoy the appetizer selection for ₪48 per person.

Private events can be hosted at any of our restaurants with advance coordination.
We accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger events, featuring a set menu in an exclusive, boutique-style private atmosphere.
